Shri Baba Mastnath Institute of Management Studies & Research was established in the year 1995. It is situated at Asthal Bohar at National Highway No.10 adjacent to Tilyar Lake on Delhi Rohtak Road. It is duly approved by AICTE with an intake of 60 seats and remained affiliated to G. J. University, Hissar from the year 1995-97. From the year 1998 to 2012, it remained affiliated to M. D. University Rohtak.
